Located behind Sheppard Elementary School in Santa Rosa, Florence Kirby Child Development Center has been in operation since 1995.

In 2000, the center was named after long time 4Cs Westside Child Development Center's, Site Supervisor, Florence Kirby, who passed away due to cancer in September 1999.

Site Supervisor: Suzie Lewis

Suzie has been in the child development field since 1990 and has completed over 35 units of Early Chilhood Education. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Site Supervisor Permit. Suzie began working at 4Cs in November of 1992 and was previously the Site Supervisor at 4Cs Monroe State Preschool.
