Located in northwest Petaluma adjacent to the Burbank Housing Old Elm Village this center has been serving the community since 2003. There is a toddler classroom that serves eight children ages 2 to 3 years old in addition to the preschool classroom that serves 32 children ages 3 to 5 years old.

Site Supervisor: Natalie Hincher

Natalie has an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards attaining her Bachelor's Degree. She has worked with 4Cs since 1994 and has been the Site Supervisor at Old Elm Child Development Center since it opened in 2003.
