Windsor State Preschool Awarded First 5 Mini Grant

06/29/2010 - 4Cs Windsor State Preschool has been awarded a $5,000 mini grant from First 5 Sonoma County to purchase a new children's library. The center provides preschool for 72 children on the Matte Washburn Elementary School campus. The new library will include bilingual and culturally diverse books, big books and more.
