Sonoma CEL

Centralized Eligibility List (CEL)

4Cs maintains the Centralized Eligibility List of families waiting for subsidized child care funded through the State Department of Education, Child Development Division.

Families interested in receiving free or low-cost preschool or child care or families who need help paying for preschool or child care can:

Complete a CEL application and return it to 4Cs or any one of the CEL Programs
Contact 4Cs at (707) 544-3077 to do a CEL intake over the phone
