4Cs Can Help You Find a Preschool or Child Care Provider
We are the source in Sonoma County for finding the right information about care for your child. Whether you have only a few questions, or you simply don’t know where to start, we can help. By phone, online, or in person, we will assist you in obtaining the information you need.
Our Resource & Referral Center can help you find the right child care provider for your family. We have a contract with the California Department of Education to provide lists of licensed child care providers to Sonoma County families. We provide free, professional referrals (not recommendations) to licensed child care providers.
For referrals in the West Sonoma County area, please contact River to Coast Children's Services at (707) 869-3613.
There are 3 EASY WAYS to get a list of providers:
1. CALL US at (707) 544-3077 Monday - Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
3. COME VISIT OUR OFFICE Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm .
The Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County offers referrals, not recommendations.
4Cs strongly recommends that you exercise your right and responsibility to review a potential child care provider's licensing history to obtain information on complaints or violations before placing your child care or preschool. You may contact:

Also, you may request, at the child care facility, reports of licensing visits and substantiated complaints against the facility made during the last three years.
