Site Supervisor: Rosie Andrade

Rosie Andrade is an experienced educator with more than 20 years of dedicated work in the field of child development. Her expertise spans across various age groups, from infants to school-aged children. Rosie joined 4Cs in 2017, which indicates her commitment to providing quality care and education to children. 

Rosie holds an Associate Degree in Child Development from Santa Rosa Junior College, and has obtained a Site Supervisor Permit from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.  

Apart from her professional pursuits, Rosie genuinely enjoys working with children and families. She finds fulfillment in supporting their growth and development. In her leisure time, Rosie prioritizes spending quality moments with her own family. She engages in activities such as hiking, traveling and attending sporting events with her children Leo and Sebastian. 

Overall, Rosie Andrade’s experience, educational background, and personal interests reflect her passion for childcare and her dedication to creating positive experiences for children and their families. 

Rosie’s favorite children’s book is Pete The Cat I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin and James Dean.
