Quality programs protect the health and safety of the children, support and guide social/emotional development, and offer opportunities for intellectual and language stimulation and appropriate learning activities.This ECERS Introduction class will help you understand how the rating scale system works and how you can assess your own program to make it a quality program for the children to succeed .
