Concerned with child care costs? Help is available.

Childcare Eligibility List (CEL)
4Cs maintains a list of families waiting for subsidized child care and preschool programs in Sonoma County. There are several participating programs throughout Sonoma County that use CEL for enrollment.
There are other subsidized programs that may be able to assist you. Not all subsidized services use CEL for their enrollment. For a list of other subsidized services in Sonoma County click here.
The Parental Choice Alternative Payment Program (APP) or Voucher Program (VP) also provide assistance for eligible families to select their own child care provider. In these programs, 4Cs pays the cost of child care up to the market rate ceilings allowed by our funders. Parents may have a co-payment if they select a provider that charges more than 4Cs can pay.
