Preschool TK Learning Foundations: History and Social Science

History and Social Science in early childhood addresses how young children make sense of the social world, including their families, schools, communities, and the institutions they encounter in their daily lives. It explores how children engage with questions about who they are in the world and how they relate to other people in space and across time. Using the PTKLF History and Social Science publication, we will explore this foundational topic while making connections to what it looks like in our early childhood settings.  This is a repeat of the December 3rd session.
