Getting Started is Easy!
- Create an account. If you’re registering for the first time, you should’ve received an email from CareConnect with instructions.
- Check your inbox for this email, and also look in your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered there.
- If you don’t see the email after checking your inbox and spam/junk folders, please contact the ECES Fiscal Team for assistance (contact info below).
- Open the email and click “Accept Invitation.”
- If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be redirected to the CareConnect sign-up page.
- Follow the prompts to complete your account setup and start using the platform!
